General hot presses must use expensive steel molds, however Kuoming’s presses can use wooden molds. This saves considerable costs. Also, able to mass produce and design new products as well as small volumes in keeping up with modern trends.
Ideal for continuous mass production. One person can operate four presses or more.
No matter how thick the workpieces is, it still can be processed. The gluing time of high-frequency machines is several times faster than general hot presses where there is a workpiece thickness limitation.
High-frequency heating method is to directly soak the energy into the glue whereas hot presses heat from the outside. This method wastes too much energy on heating the surface of wood itself.
Working environment is dry and cool – not full of heat.'
High Frequency Heating machine could have curve-shaped wood formed in very short time during several minutes, by this way a top quality products was made.
