A New Breakthrough in Technology Highly-Efficient, Compact Solid State Generator:
 
  • Frequency and output
    The Generator accommodates a frequency range of 60kHz to 400 kHz at an output range of 60kw to 1000kw. In case of short time heating, output power can be increased.
  • Energy savings
    Because transistors are used instead of vacuum tubes, input power can be reduced by about 30% and cooling water can be saved by 50%.
  • Compact design
    The comprehensive solid-state and low voltage design makes the unit compact in size to reduce the required installation space to one-fourth the space required by conventional vacuum-tube oscillator models.
  • Easy maintenance and inspection
    Transistors, printed circuit boards and other components are all placed at the front for easy maintenance access. Cooling water circulation system (option) helps to solve the water problems.
  • Dependable protective circuits
    The protective circuits ensure safe inverter operation in case of touching coils, no-load operations, over-load operations and other operation errors.

ENERGY SAVING:Due to the high efficiency of the solid state inverters, both power and required cooling water is reduced.
COMPACT DESIGN:The comprehensive semiconductor design reduces the installation space required for the inverter. The total dimension is reduced to around 1/4 of the vacuum tube type  H.F. generator. Depending on customers' requirements, can be installed away from the oscillation portion and the electric cabinet.

    Transistors are activated with a load power factor of 1 to ensure high conversion efficiency for the inverter. This results in a 5% reduction in input power and a 44% reduction in the required cooling water.

    The comprehensive semiconductor design reduces the installation space to 90% compared with our thyristor inverters. (See attached table).
